Our school complies with Illinois Department of Public Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention infection guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Though we cannot ensure that the risk of contracting the virus will ever reach zero, we can take reasonable precautions to significantly minimize the risks. In order to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, we will ask you a number of “screening” questions. For the safety of our students, faculty, and staff, it is expected that you will be truthful and candid in your answers.

Check-in Process

  • All visitors to the building, including parents, must have a confirmed appointment prior to arrival at the school.

    • Parent swipe badges will be deactivated until further notice

  • Visitors will enter the school through the main Green Bay entrance

  • Upon arrival, visitors must check-in with the school receptionist

  • Visitors, other than parents, will be screened through Raptor

  • Visitors will not be permitted to enter the school if:

    • They have a temperature of 100.4 or above

    • They exhibit any signs or symptoms of an acute illness including

        • fever, cough, or difficulty breathing

        • sudden loss of taste and/or smell

        • runny nose, sore throat, or body aches

        • headache, fatigue, or weakness

        • diarrhea or vomiting

    • They have had recent contact (<14 days) with someone suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19

    • They have traveled internationally within the last 14 days

    • After check-in is complete, visitors will wait for an escort to guide them to their destination

Expectation of Visitors

    • All visitors must wear a mask or acceptable face covering at all times while on campus

    • All visitors will follow 6-foot social-distancing requirements

    • All visitors must remain with their escort while in the school

Service, repair, + maintenance contractors

    • Contractors will enter the school through the cafeteria entrance

    • Upon arrival, contractors must check-in with a member of the facilities team

    • Contractors will not be permitted to enter the school if:

      • They have a temperature of 100.4 or above

      • They exhibit any signs or symptoms of an acute illness including

          • fever, cough, or difficulty breathing

          • sudden loss of taste and/or smell

          • runny nose, sore throat, or body aches

          • headache, fatigue, or weakness

          • diarrhea or vomiting

      • They have had recent contact (<14 days) with someone suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19

      • They have traveled internationally within the last 14 days

    • Contractors will be screened through Raptor

    • After check-in is complete, they will be escorted to their destination

Deliveries

  • Deliveries that do not require a signature can be left in the vestibule inside the Green Bay entrance doors.

  • Deliveries that require a signature or deliveries to the Facilities Department should be directed to the cafeteria entrance.
